So Boring
Is anyone online? I'm bored to death. Theres no one online now and i have no one to chat to. Anyway, i'm going out to buy flowers for the new year(my dad doesn't want to buy the mandrin orange plant). At least its better than staying at home doing nothing right? Now, i have to help my sis do her piano homework. I think she should try to listen properly to her teacher so that i don't need to teach her, because she needs to learn. If she just writes down what i say, she will never learn and i guess no one wants that, right(i'm trying to be positive)?

There is a saying that you can't choose your relatives, but you can choose your friends.
ReplyDeleteYou need to learn how to be patient and tolerant. Your little sis need your encouragement more than your condemnation.
Try working out the following:
1. Don't talk badly about your sister. If you find yourself saying something bad replace it with a nice thought about her. If you still have something bad to say or think then write down good memories or qualities about her.
2. When you do talk to your sister talk like a normal person. Don't talk condescending, or malicious toward her. Many older siblings have a way of always treating the younger sisters like they did when they were babies. People grow up and when your sis get to be teens and then adults she would like to be treated equally and with respect [ just like what you want ma ma to do right?]
3. Show support for anything that she will need help with or has to do in her life. There are times when she needs some encouragement or help and if you can be aware of these things and help her out.
Support may be just listening and giving some advice that may never be taken.
4. Respect is one of the best daily tips for you. If you can respect your sister or any of your family members, then you can have a good relationship that will only improve with time. Respect them as a person, what they do and the decisions they make. By showing respect you do not need to give them a bad time about what they are doing in life. Respect them and love them.
