Dumplings
Its weird, during chinese new year we tried to make dumplings, but the plour we thought it was hard to do! We sw on the recipe to keep on pressing on the flour for 20-25 minutes. But, it turned out don't need! My tution teacher from china taught us how to do it. Actually, the secret is just press it for a while then you leave it. Every 10 minutes, you check it and press a bit. I don't believe that we made it so hard while my teacher was like doing it happily! Anyway, making the dumplings are the hardest. If you want them to be in the same shape, you have to do a particular way so that it will all be nice and round. It was delicious! She said she'll come today, but i think not. She has somthing on today, so maybe next week she'll come again. I'll update it next week!
